Shipping & Returns

Delivery

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. 

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Some items are not stocked at our dispatch centre and can take an additionally day to arrive before dispatch. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mails 24 hour Service. We aim to deliver within 1-2 working days subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to 4 working days and increase again at peak seasonal times.  You will be notified if we cannot deliver within the timescales outline above. 

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery service we use.

Audi Parts Direct will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Audi Parts Direct shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

The Services we Use

Small Item Orders - These will be Dispatched with Royal Mail's 24hr Service

Large Item Orders - These will be Dispatched with DPD, DHL or Royal Mail Tracked 24hr.

We will attempt to dispatch all orders within 1 business day although a 1-2 day dispatch time is common during busy periods.

Upon purchase please leave a mobile number with your contact details, our delivery company will then be able contact you when they are attempting delivery.

Please ensure you select a suitable delivery address where someone will be available to receive the item.

Any orders where delivery cannot be made due to no one being available to receive the item and where no contact is returned from the Buyer to re-arrange deliveries, the item will be returned to us after 5 working days and a returns charge will be chargeable to the Buyer.

 

 

International Shipping

Europe

Our website is set up for worldwide shipping of orders under 2 kg for a standard price, these are shipped using Royal Mail and have a lead time of 5-7 days to most countries although this can increase depending on your local postal service.

European orders under 30 kg are sent using DPD and have a lead time of 3-5 days depending on your location.

UK VAT can be removed for VAT registered businesses within the EU once company documents have been provided.

Rest Of World

We can ship most items worldwide.   Our preferred couriers are DHL and FedEx with lead times of 1-4 days depending on location.  Shipping quotes can be provided on request. 

 

 

Force Majeure

Audi Parts Direct shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from Audi Parts Direct then you have 14 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned in full with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are made aware of this within 10 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

If goods are not required for any other reason you may still return them within the 14 working day period.

Any orders placed through the website, if returned will receive a full refund excluding the Delivery Charges as long as the returned goods are in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product come back to us as well.

Any orders placed via Email or Telephone Enquiry may also be returned and refunded like the above, within the 10 working day period and excluding postage charges but may be subject to a 20% Handling Charge. These orders usually include Special Order or Non-Stocked products which are not offered through the Audi Parts Direct website, not kept in our stock and that have come directly from the manufacturer. Some Special Order parts order directly from the manufacturer in Germany are not eligible for return. This will be explained to you at the time of ordering.

Please make sure all Returns are accompanied with a Cover Note explaining why the item(s) is being returned.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.

 

Damaged Orders

If your Order is Damaged when you receive it, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Any Damaged Orders must be Reported with 48 hours of you receiving the Order.


Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on the Audi Parts Direct website, or by phoning us on 02920547568.

 

Warranty on All Orders - Faulty/Failed Goods

All Parts, Accessories and Merchandise purchased from us are covered with a 2 year warranty with all Audi Dealerships. You can claim this by contacting your local Audi Dealership and booking your vehicle in for diagnoses under Parts Warranty. They will test your vehicle and if it's the item which is at fault the item will be replaced under parts warranty.

Please contact us if you do have any problems with any Faulty/Failed Goods and we will access your claim and guide you through the correct process from there.


Most orders taken before 2pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5pm the same day if Stock is Available.
